[SOLVED] Error loading your data Something went wrong on our end and we were unable to load your data

I am unable to see any data.
Maybe because steam limitations?! but I have changed frequency yesterday to only send up 2 times pr minute still today I have:
Dots In 1,101
Dots Out (API) 55,915

Help appriciated!

Indeed the dots out limitation for STEM accounts is 50,000 per day, as you already passed that limit you will need to wait one day to see the data again. Please let me know if case you need further information.

I disconnected the device over weekend and I could see the dashboard today (monday).
However after making changes to my device and making it live I now cant see any data and the dashboard does not load again…

If I look under usage there is no data for today, is this not updated live?
If I look on my varable I can see that it has been active a few seconds ago etc… I have set this to only update every 30 seconds and according to serial monitor this is correct behavior.

So why does it not work and why cant I see data in dashboard?

Its not possible that I have gone over STEAM account limitations for today…

Hi @tobias,

Thank you for letting us know about this situation. The data sent by the device doesn’t count as dots out but dots in which is 4,000 dots per day the limit for STEM accounts. It seems that you run out of Dots Out for today, which is the sum of the dots extracted through two (2) outbound channels.

  • API : Data requested by external applications or devices from our API
  • Front-end: Data requested by the web interface (Dashboard and devices). This includes all the queries required to render dashboards, CSV reports, variables, etc.

The dots out consumption are only visible in the profile usage by the end of the day, the count reset at UTC 00:00.

I hope I have clarified your doubts and concerns about this case.
