Error loading data An internal error occurred while trying to load the data of the chart

Hi Ubidots community

I send some data from the things stack to my Ubidots account (gw-lora-monitoring) through plugins.

I can see the device that receive the good data but when I want to see the historical data, i receive an error message :

Error loading data
An internal error occurred while trying to load the data of the chart.

And i can’t plot the data on the dashboard.

Can you help me please ?

I don’t thing that it is a dot limitation because I just create the account and send 4 dots each minute.

Finally, I just have to change the range to 7 days and then I can sse the historical data and the data appear also on my Dashboard…

Indeed, when there is no data within the time span selected the widgets will not show anything but as of now your line charts should look good.
