my account seems completely messed up. I can not activate my account by clicking on “activate”, dashboard can not be created. Device is injecting data - seems working fine. And mobile app says “You’ve run out of credits” for the “STEM” account. And “error loading dashboard” on the mobile. So I tried deleting the account as it could not be activated. When setting up a new account with the same name all “seemed” to work but account could not be activated, clicking on the mail link from ubidots just gave “Authentication credentials were not provided”. So something seems completely messed up with UBIDOTS. As the service is free I will not complain, but for me it is useless now.
