I have a problem wtih UbidotsGetValue GPRS example.
I introduce my APN, USER (my telephonecompany doesn`t have) and PASSWORD (my telephonecompany doesn’t have) and my token and ID value correctly, but my system gives me an error.

In the first program I wrote this credentials and in the Link are same credentials.
I try APN “Internet” with first word in mayus, but the error continue.

In a before message you post the message of Serial Terminal, but it is the all entire message, i think that the problem is about the communication with the Shield.
I have a question, after “Response of GPRS:” message you get a void space all the time?

Yes, I get a void space all the time.
In the first picture I show conection between shield GSM.
Can problem be library command “Software Serial (7, 8)” with this conection???
In the second picture I show GSM Shield pins conections, I conect RX and TX with HW? Is it wrong?
