For the last 3 years I’ve been sending my sensor data to an HTML Canvas, but about two weeks ago I stopped being able to visualize the values in this widget, since it won’t fetch me the last saved values.
If I go inside the device I can visualize the last values that were received in the variables, even if I create a metric widget I can visualize the data, but not through the HTML Canvas.
I didn’t change anything or make any modifications to the HTML Canvas and now also if I try to edit something in the Canvas it just doesn’t save the modification.

Thank you for reaching out.
We have been moving things around and as a result of our new design, the HTML Canvas widget is only available from our Professional license and above, it is no longer available in the STEM tier.
