Change plan to STEM and all the credit are gone

Hi, I was trying out the change plan function. Before trying out the change plan function, I have a lot of credit in my account as a developer. Once I changed the plan to STEM plan, all my credits are gone and life only 0. Can anyone from Ubidots help me to recover my original credit?
