My dashboard is suddenly missing. I made a dasboard in Ubidots for my beer brewing. It worked fine. When I log into my account now, it says I have no dashboards. Why was my dashboard deleted?

I just re-activated your account. It was in an inactive state due to possible long period of time without login in. Please let us know if you have access to your dashboard now.

Thanks, but why was it inactive? It wasnt long between usage. Or was it?
And again. My dashboard has dissapeared. This makes Ubidots almost un-useable. Can somebody restore it again, and maybe flag it so it won’t get deleted every few monts?

According to my colleague Juan David, we offer a grace period for users who have not logged into their accounts for an extended period of time. Once this grace period ends, the accounts will be automatically disabled to conserve resources in our databases and improve our infrastructure.
If you regularly log into your account, you should not find this issue in the future.

Thanks for restoring the account. So I use a static dashboard (never need to change it). But I still need to login every now and then to keep it alive?
Our grace period extends beyond three months. Therefore, logging in periodically would be highly beneficial.
