Dashboard is missing

My dashboard is suddenly missing. I made a dasboard in Ubidots for my beer brewing. It worked fine. When I log into my account now, it says I have no dashboards. Why was my dashboard deleted?

I just re-activated your account. It was in an inactive state due to possible long period of time without login in. Please let us know if you have access to your dashboard now.

Thanks, but why was it inactive? It wasnt long between usage. Or was it?
