Dashboard values not updating automatically please help…

Good day dear user,

I hope all is well,

Can you please advise which protocol the device uses to send data to Ubidots? I performed several tests sending data from MQTT, HTTP, and the Dashboard itself using sliders and the data updated as expected.

If you can share a video of an image will be of great help to detect what can be happening.
