Dashboards not working on iPhone or Android

I’ve an interesting one. I can access my Ubidots account absolutely perfectly from a browser.

I have both an iPhone and an Android. Weirdly, neither will show up my dashboard.
I just get the ubidots logo going round and round when I try and access a dashboard.

This is new - in the last week or so.

Any ideas? I’ve emptied the cache and reinstalled on both devices.

That’s weird. Is it possible to get a short video showing the problem? Because I’m testing the mobile app right now (on Android) and it works correctly.

Please go to the Settings tab and tell me which app version do you have.

I can confirm that this behavior is not expected and is indeed a bug within the mobile application. I have reported this issue to the Development team, and they will work to fix it as soon as possible.

I will keep you updated.

For your information, this problem is currently affecting all STEM accounts.
