Hello, I am using STEM account (professor to one local university), I am teaching the MQTT and to show it I always use ubidots and using any mqtt client my students send and read (publish / subscribe) this time, I am getting error loading your data and not able to see my data on the variables created:

First and foremost, I’m very sorry for this inconvenience. After doing some tests in different accounts, I was able to duplicate this issue, hence, I’ll report it to the Dev team and I’ll let you know once we’ve fixed this error.
In the meantime, I suggest you set a specific date range in the variables view, this way, your data will be visualized without a problem.
