It has been reported before, but the underlying cause seems never to have been identified, only reports of the problem mysteriously just going away. I have not been able to load my dashboard for several weeks, receiving the message “Error loading your data Something went wrong on our end and we were unable to load your data.” I’ve tried “resetting device data” to no avail. Curiously data are still being collected properly and are accessible via the “Devices” tab. Any ideas on what’s going on and how to fix it ?
Hello @chilworth
Thanks for reaching out,
I suggest you use valid spans or make the span inside the widget for instance “this year” or make the widgets inherit the span of the dashboard, by selecting “set by dashboard” also, make sure that if you have updated the device label at the variable level, there will be a problem loading the device in the widget shown with an (error loading device) because it is trying to bring data from a device that no longer exists or has changed its label.
I hope you find this information useful.

Thanks, all fixed. As directed, selecting span “set by dashboard” resolved 3 of the 4 variables. Then deleting and re-adding the temperature variable resolved the 4th.
you’re welcome!
For the past few days, on and off, I have had the error above and been unable to view my data.
The data is still being sent from my iSpindel, I can see it updating if I just look at the instant data page. But the history dashboard gives the above error.
This is becoming a major issue for me now, is there a fix? This has only started to happen recently and nothing has changed at my end.
