HELP Pie Chart shows too may decimals even after set to ZERO decimal

Hi,

I already set my profile and widgets to show NO decimals.

Help 1: But Pie chart still presents a lot of decimals. I need to show zero decimals. How to?

Help2: Also I have an energy metering point called “GENERAL 1” which has a variable called electricity, when I select different variables in the pie chart only shows “electricidad” for every variable. I need that appears only the name of the metering point, in this case would be “GENERAL 1” and “GENERAL 2” How to?

Hello @nextergy,

  1. I’ve been able to reproduce the bug with the decimal places setting in the Pie Chart. This has been reported to Ubidots dev team to handle and fixed. I’ll get back to you on this once it is ready
  2. For the time being, the Pie Chart displays the device, or point as you call it, in the tooltip once you hover it, not in the variable field. I can see the usefullness of showing the device name as well to ease the visualization. I will suggest this improvement to product team as a feature request to have the ability select whether or not to display de device name next to the variable name.
    In the meantime, I’d advise adjust the variable name “Electricidad” so it also reflect the device (point) it belongs to.
