Hello, this morning i have acces to my dashboard to track my sensor on my stem account, but now when i access to https://industrial.ubidots.com/app/dashboards/public/dashboard/_LWGuBhW3xu2EZpC55L2KWaPzX4 i have a 404 error.
I have forgot to do something ? When i log to my account Ubidots | it’s say that accound is inactive and i have no others choice that select a pln ? Can you help me ?
Big thanks ! What i have to do to avoid such situation in futur ? I don’t have correctly read a mail or something like that ? i have to do something on regular basis and i don’t do it ?

@domo73 we like to ensure our database remains healthy by automatically deleting STEM accounts after 90 days of inactivity. You just need to login periodically to your account.
