iSpindel and dots limits

Hi, I’m testing iSpindel, and initially, I set short intervals (30 seconds) to see how it works. After about an hour, iSpindel stopped sending data to the server. I reset the device twice, a day has passed, I changed the intervals to 900 seconds, but there is still no data on the server. What could be the problem? Do I need to wait for some time to reset the limit?

I’m not sure when you made this post, as we had some posts pending approval on our forum, including yours. However, I can see that you’re currently receiving data correctly in your account.

I believe the issue was related to the maximum data points you can send to your account with a STEM (free) account. Please note that with this free license, you can send a maximum of 500,000 data points per day. With the last interval set to 30 seconds, it’s likely you reached that limit during the day, which prevented you from receiving more data for the remainder of the day.

How does that work? With an interval of 30 seconds, there should only be 2880 data points per day?

2880 dots per day, per variable. In that case I only checked one variable but @slezak17 other variables with a different frequency of data transmission. At the end, the limit here is 500.000 per day, including all the devices and variables.
