Hi. I’ve had my Stem dashboard working with no problems, I turned the device off for a few weeks then I started it again this week but the temperature variable is not receiving data anymore or it is showing 0 while all other 9 variables work no problem. I’ve tried removing the temperature from the device, adding it again (just by creating a raw variable with the name temperature because I don’t see the temperature is being recognized) but nothing seems to work. Wondering if it is possible to see the json my device is sending to Ubidots to figure out if it is the device but it seems odd because everything else is working just fine.

I understand the concern, however, our platform seems to be getting a 0.00 reading from your device which could indicate either that is the current temperature or the sensor itself is not detecting correct values. This doesn’t seem to be a communications problem. I suggest you check whether the DS18B20 sensor is well connected or correctly welded in the PCB.

Thank you for checking. I figured something may have happened with the iSpindel but I have it in my fermentor now and can’t check for a few weeks so I wanted to discard Ubidots API since I noticed a couple of the posts mentioned something similar happened when the variable sent a null or an odd char. Knowing you are not seeing the temperature data confirms it then. Txs
