Does anyone have any schematics of how data is extracted to Ubidots by TTN? that includes the protocols and how the frame passes between the different platforms and is showed in a API, something to understand very general

You can find plenty resources about integrating Ubidots and TTN in Ubidots Help Center. In a brief, here are 2 article explaining the uplink and downlink integration.
I recommend first getting the uplink portion – Node/gateway => TTN => Ubidots – (first article) before attempting to send downlink messages – Ubidots => TTN => Node/gateway – (second article)
