Manual Input Widget Issue

I have created a manual input widget and was able to send data when I login to my Ubidots account. However, when I shared my Ubidots Dashboard to the public, the send data function was not working properly although the computer showed that the data sent successfully.

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior, can you please let me know the name of the Dashboard? I will try to replicate this issue from my side to report to the team in case needed.

The name of the Dashboard is THYCoding - Environmental Monitor
