I have two ESP8266 devices that send two sets of data each to Ubidots and all the data is displayed on one graph. It has worked well for many months and I am pleased with the use of the facility.
However, recently the data stops being displayed from around 18:30 to around 00:00. This has happened in the last few weeks, I only notice it the other day.
Both devices are, as far as I know are sending the data. The fact that the data from both independent devices is not being displayed tells me its something at Ubidots end and not my devices.
Is the data being saved in Ubidots variables? If not, please make sure to not be exceeding the limit of 4,000 dots per day, as explained in the following article.
Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry for not getting back earlier. I don’t know about variables, I just use the UbidotsMicroESP8266.h file on a NodeMCU module and send it to Ubidots through variable names assigned by me.
Anyway, can you confirm that the 4000 dot limit per day has been introduced recently, say, the last two months? I never had this problem before.
Thanks for your reply. Indeed we experienced an issue with this limit that was solved recently, that is why before you can send more than 4,000 dots per day.
