You guys must be completely out of your minds. 90 days and not even a reminder email??! This is the most ridiculous account management policy I’ve ever seen, and bear in mind you’re against some truly horrible stuff out there. You folks need to wise up, urgently.

We have an automated process in place that sends an email well in advance before an account is scheduled for deletion.
