No password reset link sent

Hi,

Just came back to my ubidots stem account (username Palazzo13) and I can’t login or get a reset mail to the associated gmail address (Have checked Spam too)

Can you check account is still there and see if reset emails are being sent?

Just seen your inactive accounts announcement. I may need my account reactivated then…
