Not able to publish from iPhone MQTT apps ( MQTTool, EasyMQTT)

I am trying to publish in a device (ubidots) from MQTT iPhone apps, all of them not able to publish, however from MQTTlens (chrome desktop) I can publish, any idea? thanks

Can you please send us an image of the configuration you are using to publish data to Ubidots? Also which app are you using on your iPhone device?
