sorry if my english is not very good !
I have created a dashboard one day ago and everything was ok.
Now my variables and synthetic variable doesn’t appair . The blue dots of ubidots turn infinitly and the dashboard seem blocked.Sometimes, only one or two variables appair.
This is very frustating because Ubidots is very very good with widgets and dashboard ! I love it.
I dont know if this is the map widget who made this problem.
I hope you can help me and find a solution.

I’ve already reported with the Dev team, so they can investigate what could be happening and come to a solution. In the meantime, can you please let me know if you start experiencing this problem after a particular change or modification in your dashboard? Any additional information would be of great help.

All my widgets were working fine.
Maybe I was logged in on a PC and at the same time, I went to see my dashboard on my iphone iOs. But then the problem persisted on my PC.
But the dashboard was working fine until April 13 at noon.

Dear Isabel,
After trying again and again, I was able to barely get access to my dashboard before it blocked the browser. I managed to remove the map widget and all other widgets were able to load properly.
The problem comes from the map widget that fails to load and blocks the whole dashboard.
Can you look at why this widget has a defect?

Thank you for letting us know about this. I’m glad to hear that the Dashboard is working again after deleting the map widget. I went ahead and test the map in a STEM account and wasn’t able to find the reason for this. Can you please try to create a map again and let me know if you experience this same odd behavior?
I will be attentive to your response to keep troubleshooting.

I put back a map widget and everything seems ok. I tried different display modes and everything works fine.
I don’t know what happened previously with this widget, but it would be nice to know.
Anyway everything is working correctly now.
