I have bought a rak7244 gateway but when trying to connect with the things network it never succeeds, it always appears not connected status. I have tried many ways but nothing. does anyone have an idea?

I think this is rather a question for TheThingsNetwork Forum, or even consulting RAK Wireless Docs or guides to connect the rak7244 gateway to TTN, as Ubidots comes after the gateway has been successfully connected to TTN.
