Raspberry stops uploading data to ubidots

Hi, I have unaraspberry pi 3 uploading data to ubito but after a few days seems to lose connection to the platform because it is connected to the internet but does not update data on the page. Someone could give me some advice. Thank you very much

How you know that the raspberry have internet? do you access it via ssh?

Thanks for replying, I do not have the possibility of a connection via ssh because the team is in a company. I will look if I can make the connection because I do not know if it stops uploading data because it is not connected to the internet. thank you very much

Check you’re not reaching the max number of saved data points for your account type. Something like 30,000? points for free accounts - after you hit the max the data on the page stops updating until you clear some out.
