My STEM account user name is W6LVP. In parallel, I was running a 30 day free trial paid account. I received an email today telling me that I had three days left of the paid account trial. I then deleted what I thought was the paid account. However, I now can’t access my free STEM account. Has it been wiped out? I hope not.
I may have made the situation worse. I recreated part of my account so I can capture data. If possible, I would prefer the old account even if data is lost.
