Not working in Ubidots Education i have 5000 points workingwell in Undustry version

Greetings, we are experiencing some delays with the alerts in the educational platform. The team is still investigating the issue but we do not have actually an ETA to solve the problem. If you need to send alerts, please use your industrial account.
