Are SMS notifications working today?
I see this in the events log:
Sms not send to +1 (xxx) xxx - 7xx8. Reason: Error sending SMS to +1xxxxxx7xx8 using twilio => status: 400 msg: Unable to create record: The From phone number +16468870627 is not a valid, SMS-capable inbound phone number or short code for your account.

SOLUTION: recipient SMS number was wrongly entered
