[SOLVED] Data over 1 month old not displaying/downloading

Hi,

I just tried viewing data for several of my variables for a week in June, and I am unable to see it in the plot on the variable page (it says “No data available”), nor can I get it via the “Export to CSV” (it emails me a blank file with variable names but no data). I am certain that I had data coming in during that time period. (I am able to see data for dates after July 1, but not before). Is this a server issue? is there a way to view that data? Thanks for your help,

Greetings, due to a massive migration to improve the core performance some data from the last three months has not been uploaded. Right now you we have uploaded all the data from our educational users and you can ask for your exports using the usual tool inside our frontend, our apologies for any inconvenience.
