[SOLVED] Demo app for Ubidots is broken

Hello,

the demo app you have on the web is broken, after scanning the QR code, you open the URL and it only shows “CLOSED”. tilting the device won’t change the status and therefore the water balb won’t open, making the demo kinda useless.

This demo is a great example for quickly showing off what you can do with Ubidots, so please fix it.

Thanks for reporting this, though we double-checked and it seems to be working alright.

A typical issue is that the demo will “open” or “close” the valve depending on the device orientation. Therefore the phone should have the “Auto rotation” mode enabled, otherwise it will always detect the gesture as “closed”. We’re attaching some pictures:
