[SOLVED] - Email Configuration

Hello,

I have been trying to add my email to “email configuration” under profile.

It keeps showing “There was an error sending the verification, please try again”.

I am not sure what I did wrong. Could someone please help me with this?

I’ve checked your email address configuration on the app level and seems that everything is okay. Did you receive the verification email? Additionally to learn how to set a custom domain for your app, please refer to the following article.

My issue is “Email Configuration” in My profile.

"Send platform notifications using your email address

With your white label add-on, you can customize the remitter of the emails sent from the platform."

I still can’t send verification.

Oh, I see, thank you for the clarification @dongyoun. I went ahead and reviewed your case, and the error is because you are using the same email address in both the profile and the app, and the verification can only be made once per email address. In this case, my recommendation is to use different emails addresses, especially if you are looking to have more than one end-user application, or remove the email verification in the app and just leave the one from the account profile. In that way, all emails sent will be from that email.
