For the last twelve hours or so I’m only getting " Error loading data An internal error occurred while trying to load the data of the chart." for all my widgets. At times there was a message that I was over my 500K extraction limit, but I can’t imagine using that much (I did have autoplay on yesterday, so maybe??). That quota message has gone away but the widgets still don’t work. The usage counts for extraction are all zero for yesterday. Help! I was really impressed and happy with Ubidots until this happened. Hopefully it is a quick fix. Thanks in advance!

Please note that the Dots out count resets every day at 00:00 UTC so keep that in mind when hitting the 500k Dots out limit. Also, bear in mind that the Dots out usage is strongly influenced by:
- The real-time update when using Aggregation methods in your widgets.
- Reloading the dashboard from scratch repeatedly
Furthermore, I can see that you did hit the limit yesterday based in your usage shown as the Dots out today on May 19th, 2021 (remember that the usage is displayed one day after, so today’s actually corresponds to yesterday’s).
Now, I just checked your account and the dashboards seems to be loading ok. Can you confirm this from your end?
