[SOLVED] Event SMS message limit

I wanted to test the Event SMS messaging capability which I understand has a limit of 10 messages for STEM users. When I reached the 10 limit, I deleted the Event that was triggering the SMS messages. Now I have the following alert message at the bottom of every window which will not go away. How do I get rid of it?

“You’ve reached your account limit. STEM accounts may send up to 10 SMS and 1 Voice call notification. To continue using our Events engine, you may add balance to your account.”

This a warning message that appears when you have consumed the monthly events allowed for the STEM license. To remove the message you must:

  • Add balance to your account
  • Wait until next month to wait for the reactivation of the events
