[SOLVED]Subcribe and publishing issue

Hello,

I am having issues to publishing and subscribing variables values. Yesterday afternoon I was not able to publis any value to a variable.Since yesterday I kept my ESP32 trying to publishing, after a few hours it was able to publishing for few hours, then it stop to publishing and now it is sending data to Ubidots Cloud but nothing is publishing.

I cannot understand why sometimes it works, sometimes not, when I am using the same code.

Any idea?
What is wrong?

Please make sure that you are using both for subscribing and publishing the URL industrial.api.ubidots.com.

Let me know if the problem persists.

Hello,

Yes, I am using that URL.

I kept the ESP32 connected for a few days and I found that it is only able to publishing from 1:00 am to 3:30 am approximately

Thank you for your response.

Recently we haven’t presented any issue with MQTT broker, as you can see in our status page.

I recommend you to verify the following things.

  • Make sure of your internet connections and code.
  • If you are a STEM user, keep in mind that Ubidots STEM account has a throttling limit of 30 dots per minute across all devices, and up to 4,000 dots per day .

Now it is working properly.
It is publishing every 5 minutes without problems (288 dots per day)
