[SOLVED] Ubidots not sending Alerts anymore

We noticed since yesterday the server is not sending any email alerts anymore. We checked the following:

  • Triggers are trully happening (we force temperature going higher then below the threshhold of the alert)
  • Data are sent and saved correctly byt he device
  • emails aren’t sent into SPAM
    -tried many email account from several servers (organisation’s, gmail, hotmail, yahoo… etc…)
  • tried to delete and create new alerts in case the ones there would be corrupted.

Still not receiving anything.

We was experimented a problem that affected about of 20% of users, but now is working normally.
We will be investigating the reason for the failure, our apologies for any inconvenient.
