[SOLVED] Ubidots stops receiving data from my devices

Hello ubidots community, how are you?

I have three NODMCU devices that send temperature and pressure data to the ubidots. For two months it worked very well, receiving donors every 5 seconds and always updating the dashboard in real time. However, ubidots stopped receiving data for a month, and only start receiving again when I delete the device. at this moment he receives a variable and then he no longer receives it. I already deleted the account and made another one, but the problem persists. Can you help me?

Are you sending both variables, temperature, and humidity in one request? if not, please keep in mind that Ubidots can ingest 4 requests each second per Token. Additionally, if you are a STEM user, make sure to not be exceeding the limit of 4,000 dots per day, as explained in the following article.

In case the issue persists, please let us know to keep troubleshooting.

Does the 4 requests each second per Token limit apply to MQTT as well?
