Something went wrong on our end and we were unable to load your data

Hi, I have encountered below error for dashboard.
“Something went wrong on our end and we were unable to load your data”.
I know it is exceeded data limit for yesterday. However, today the data still has not recovered and show same error message. Can help?

When you enter to your account, you will see the following message:

This indicates that you have gone over the maximum limit of dots displayed on your dashboard, which is currently set at 500,000. This could be due to accessing the dashboard on multiple devices simultaneously, or embedding it on another webpage.

In addition, the amount of data being sent to your device may impact the dashboard. It is important to decrease the number of values being transmitted, especially since you have a free STEM license with certain limitations.

Additionally, the data is not reset on a daily basis. However, the limit of 4,000 dots in and 500,000 dots out is reset daily. In order to view the functioning dashboard again, it is necessary to wait until tomorrow. Also, please keep in mind to decrease the frequency of data transmission to your device.
