URGENT HELP ubidoft being unresponsive and not responding

hi guys i am on a paid subscription for ubidots

i have being trying to make the widgets and display information but for some reason the process stop and it unresponsive and just crashed i have my final year project based on this but its being really unresponsive.

It is true the dashboard is empty, but I think that you shared an empty dashboard, Can you see this dashboard?

Is posible that you have two dashboards and you have shared a dashboard that doesn’t have any widget.
