WHen register new account it doesn't ask to activate it

Hi,
so I took the token and pasted in Node red, lost about one hour to understand why I got only “Error: Connection refused: Bad username or password”. THen when I decided to ask support here finally it asked to activate account by link on the email, god bless me now it works.
You better ask for activation BEFORE give a token, thank you

I’d like to know a little more about the context of what happpened. To what I understand, your account was inactive, but did you disable your account? Whenever an account is opened, it is automatically active, which means that the tokens obtained in it are ready to use and shouldn’t bring any trouble while connecting through Node-RED or any other platform/broker/request.

I’m glad that it works now, but I can see from our end that your account is inactive at the moment, so you won’t be able to login and use your account. Would you like for me to activate it?
