Widgets, unable to add any

Hi. I set up a new STEP account and data is being received correctly under the device.
When trying to add a widget on a new dashboard, I click “add a variable” and then there is a new window loading for about a second, then the device name pops up and immediately the window closes. This is then written on the screen:
“Oops, an error occurred in the widget’s settings
If the problem persists when you reload the page, please contact our support team.”
It has been happening consistently for hours. Tried opera and chrome and incognito, no difference. It happens with seemingly all the widgets, not just one. It only happens on the mobile device, not on a pc.

I would appreciate the help a lot.

Could you please tell me which widgets you were trying to add before? I tested some of them on your dashboard and the creation process was successful.
